What is an FIR Sauna (Far-infrared Sauna) or Infrared Sauna Blanket

FIR Sauna

Please note: This FIR Sauna Blanket that I use is not a standard machine, the machine has been imported. It is high-end technology.

What is a FIR sauna?

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that produces heat by using light. The light transmitted has nothing in common with the ultraviolet light that the sun produces, far infrared heat is the longest wavelength, emitting light in the far-infrared range. This means that radiant heat is simply a form of energy that heats objects directly through the process of conversion, without having to heat the air in between. Radiant heat is also called infrared energy (IR).

Infrared light is not visible to the human eye however we can feel this light through the heat it produces.

Infrared heat safely penetrates the skin up to 45mm and helps pull impurities from the body by using lower and more comfortable temperatures.
