Please note: The machine that I use is not a standard machine, machines were imported. The machine has more functions than most ultrasound cavitation machines, it is high-end technology.

What is Ultrasound Cavitation?

Who should avoid Ultrasound cavitation treatments:

  • Pregnant women
  • Epileptic individuals
  • The person dealing with cancer, diabetes or serious blood pressure issues.
  • Individuals under the age of 18.

What to expect:

  • How does it feel?: Subtle vibration (depends on the sensitivity of a person, some people feel nothing)
  • How long?: 20 minutes for the targeted area (full session might be longer for packages that combine ultrasound cavitation treatment and the FIR Sauna Blanket.)
  • What to wear?:
    • Women = Clothing that allows the chosen area of the body to be open, a comfortable bra without a wire, and underwear.
    • Men = Clothing that allows the chosen area of the body to be open, gym short.
  • What will you do?: You will lie on the bed and relax.
  • What will the therapist do?: Apply ultrasound gel to the chosen area, switch on the machine, and move in circular motions over the chosen treatment area.
  • How often?: Any time from 48 – 72 hours after the previous session (allows the body to illuminate fat, produce collagen etc.)
  • When can I expect results?: It depends on your body’s ability to eliminate fat and cellulite. Some people see results after sessions 1 to 3, 10 sessions are recommended for optimal results.


  • Massage, dry brush, or gua sha massage the area treated to continuously promote blood flow and eliminate fat, cellulite and firm the skin.
  • Avoid alcohol for 48 – 72 hours after treatment – the liver is busy getting rid of the fat, and when you drink alcohol, the fat is stored again.
  • Lessen caffeine intake between sessions.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Healthy eating, avoid fast foods and fatty foods.
